Welcome to Qrofiles!

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qrofiles website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content

• You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload or submit to the Platform (“User Content”).
• By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Qrofiles a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and its accuracy, completeness, legality, and non-infringement of any third-party rights.

3. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner.
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
  • Infringing on any intellectual property right of any third party.
  • Violating the privacy or other rights of any third party.
  • Transmitting any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or racially or ethnically offensive content.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Platform or any server or network used to operate the Platform.

4. Disclaimers

• THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• Qrofiles does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
• Qrofiles is not responsible for any content or information accessed through the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

• IN NO EVENT SHALL Qrofiles, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF Qrofiles HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Termination

• Qrofiles may terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Baja California, Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Qrofiles regarding your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

• Qrofiles reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform.
